3 lbs. apples, peeled and sliced (about 8 cups)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Minute Tapioca (make sure you get the Minute tapioca)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all in a slow cooker, and toss to combine. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, depending on how soft you like the apples.
Makes 8 servings, a little over 1/2 cup each
